Our candles are hand painted and poured therefore it is expected that there will be small variations from one to another.
All images used within our online shop are as true as possible in regards to colour. Please be aware that different devices used to access our website may show the images in different lights.
All information on each product listing is accurate to current production and we endeavour to keep this up to date if any changes occur.
All of our prices are in GBP (£).
Orders made from outside of the UK will be charged in GBP and converted after purchase to your local currency.
Prices are subject to change at any time, without prior notice.
Upon placing an order with ourselves you will receive email confirmation. All orders are subject to availability and confirmation of the order.
We reserve the right to cancel any order placed should an error be made or inaccuracies occur.
Payments are securely processed through payment portal Stripe. We accept payment from all major credit and debit cards, PayPal and ApplePay (iOS devices only)
Payment will be debited from your account prior to the order being dispatched to you. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. In the event of a card refusal, we will not accept the order. In this case we will not be liable for delay or non delivery.
All communication between our payment system and the cardholder is made through an encrypted SSL-line (Secure Socket Layer).
Information exchanged during a payment transaction is held securely and is strictly confidential.

Damaged/ Defected Products
We make every effort to ensure our packaging is more than sufficient to ensure all orders arrive in the same condition as they leave our facility.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged or defected product we would ask for you to let us know as soon as possible by emailing us at email@example.com. We will do our best to rectify any issues as quickly as possible.
Your privacy is important to us. Upon ordering we require your billing, delivery and email address alongside a telephone number. These will only be held to process your order, track your delivery, and reviewing your past purchases. We promise that your data will not be passed onto any other party.
